Contestant's Name: Shenae Entered on 1/2/2004 11:19:34 PM It was Christmas morning and it was my turn to open my gifts. He handed me the first gift and it was a desk lamp. Needless to say he was more excited about it than I was. The second gift was some sort of clothing item. As I opened it up, I asked, "do I own this already?" He chuckled slightly and said no. I said ok and moved on to the next gift. I opened it and exclaimed, "Now I KNOW this is my sweater!" HE then stated that he had something special for me in the big box under the tree. I tore the box open, pulled out all the excess paper and debris and what did I find- an old license plate and a broken tool kit with a hammer in it! I jumped up and exclaimed, "I DON'T UNDERSTAND!" After a moment of uncontrolleable laughter, he got down on one knee and told me that he loved me and wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and gorw old with me. He then asked if I would marry him! My response after all of that.... a resounding YES. We've set the date for September 4th 2004!
